RETURNS

 

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your item(s), you may return it for a refund. Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns will be at your own costs. We currently do not have an exchange service. You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with. If you would like another product please place a new order.

Please make sure your items are returned in the original selling condition, unused and with all tags/labels attached. Returns that do not meet our returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Follow these steps in order to return the goods:

1: Please send us an email with your return request. We will send you a Return-Number that corresponds with your order.

2: Complete the return form on the packing slip. Alternatively, You can download a Return Form here.

3: Place the completed return form / packing slip in the original packaging when possible.

4: Pack your item(s) in the original packaging and Make sure the parcel is safely sealed.

5: Attach our address on your parcel, ensuring any original delivery label is covered.

6: Send the item, To do so, go to the post office and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

 

We strongly recommend using a secure and trackable method of postage. Please keep hold of your proof of postage, until you receive our return confirmation. Upon then the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

Upon receipt, all returned items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds. New and unused condition means that items show no sign of dammage. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

 

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY

In the event that an item you ordered is faulty or damaged upon receipt, or we have sent out the incorrect item to you. Please contact our Customer Service at moc.erotsgrebnra@tcatnoc In your email, please send us your full name and order number, details of the item the problem affects and whether you wish to receive a replacement or an exchange. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. In most cases we will send you an return label, by which you can return the goods free of charge.
